There was a discussion here a while ago about overbuying $O and most said when it was under 60 :) and there we are now, overbuying?

I'd like to buy $O for under $58, but even now the price is nice.

For me, buying around $58 is up because I've already overpurchased at that price.

I don't buy as I think high rates and high debt is not good for the reit. If it drops below 50, I would consider it.

It's still too high for me. I believe REITs will go lower. I'm watching $WPC in particular.
