3M has faced several lawsuits and lawsuits recently as some 300,000 soldiers have sued the company over earplugs that were not supposed to work and allegedly damaged soldiers' hearing. However, the company is also facing many other problems. Another problem is that the company will be paying back a fine of USD 12.5 billion over 13 years for long-term water pollution. In addition, $MMM stock is down more than 50% in the last 5 years.
Because of these problems ( fines, lawsuits, stock development ) I decided to sell 3M stock. I sold the smaller part of the stock recently and the larger part and also the rest of the stock on Monday ( fortunately at a profit :D ).
