I've been buying into REITs quite a bit in recent months. I have $O stock in my portfolio, which I try to buy below $60. More recently, I've added $VICI stock to my portfolio, which I've been buying below $30. It seems to me that REITs have been getting hammered quite a bit lately, so I've been overbought regularly and looking forward to the dividend coming :D.

What REITs do you have in your portfolio and at what price are you overbought?

$O $WPC $VICI $ABR but there are a bunch of quality REITs.

I have $O and $MO from this sector. That's as far as I go.

Patience. I don't think we're at the bottom yet, at least not with REITs.

I have both, $O I'm adding now as it's dropping, I did another buy today. I see $VICI as a good company too which I have a $30.62 buy and if it looks below 30 I will overbought.

Do you have any REITs for a longer period of time, e.g. 3-5 years or more? Has it beaten your sp500 if applicable (including dividends)?

Not yet and it will take some time and then we will see if this investment has paid off :D
