I came across a REIT that I found very interesting. REIT $WPC is currently at a very low price and the stock is very undervalued for me, as I see the fair price of the stock somewhere between $85-$90 and a very similar fair price for the stock is shown by the Bulios indicator. I see potential in this company and I believe the stock will start to grow and as a bonus there is a high dividend which is around 6.5%.

Yep, this reit is pretty well known, it's also talked about among investors and I personally have it. It's nicely diversified with what it's letting out, has a nice dividend and estimates for solid growth as well. But at the same time I would still be cautious, they are nice prices, I myself was overbought somewhere around $65, but based on the current situation, what interest rates will be, I think REIT prices may still fall. 😊
Great, I've been trying to buy REITs a lot lately, but I'm also still factoring in the downside and accumulating cash. 😁
