Realty Income will report results today. I've been buying quite a bit of $O stock on a regular basis lately as the price has been great so I'm very interested in the results.

Do you have $O stock in your portfolio and what are you expecting the results to be?

Absolutely, $O is a solid choice!  I'm optimistic about their results too, considering their consistent track record. Fingers crossed for a positive surprise!

I'm expecting a similar result to $WPC, maybe we could go slightly under $50 again, but I don't want to predict.

The company is great for me, I have it in my portfolio and so any growth makes me happy, even this price is not bad, but I keep my last purchases under $50 so far ...results, well such mixed, so rates are high and if I'm not mistaken, they came up with the acquisition of a similar company quite expensive, but on the other hand it will bring then higher profits, so we'll see. 😊

I totally agree and the under $50 price was great and I personally shopped there in bulk.
